With sustainability at the for front of Ouzil, we constantly strive to do better for our environment. To help us to minimise our carbon paw-print, we send your deliveries via DPD. Which allows you to track your deliveries via their app or website.

Please note we post Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.

We want every Ouzil produce to reach you in the very best condition. As the food is freshly cooked and delivered frozen, we have a minimum order to help keep everything cold enough on its journey to you. Packing the pouches together helps them stay colder for longer, so your dog's food arrives just as it should.

On your delivery day, you will receive a hour time slot from DPD. Don't worry if you're not in, they will leave your box in the safe place that you put down when ordering.

They are packed with gel ice packs and insulated with sheep's wool to keep a cold temperature.

Transfer your pouches to your freezer at your earliest convenience, and place the pouches you need for the next feed straight in the fridge to defrost.

Our packaging has been specially designed to keep the food safe during transit, so as long as the pouches are cool to the touch when you receive them (even if the food is soft), they are safe to re-freeze and feed.
