How we deliver direct from our farm

As soon as we have finished cooking your pet's delicious & nutritious meal, they are frozen and ready to start their journey to your doorstep.

With sustainability at the for front of Ouzil, we constantly strive to do better for our environment. To help us to minimise our carbon paw-print, we send your deliveries via DPD & Royal Mail. Which allows you to track your deliveries via their app or website.

Please note we post Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.

On your delivery day, you will receive a hour time slot from DPD. Don't worry if you're not in, they will leave your box in the safe place that you put down when ordering.

They are packed with gel ice packs and insulated with sheep's wool to keep a cold temperature.

Transfer your pouches to your freezer at your earliest convenience, and place the pouches you need for the next feed straight in the fridge to defrost.

Our packaging has been specially designed to keep the food safe during transit, so as long as the pouches are cool to the touch when you receive them (even if the food is soft), they are safe to re-freeze and feed.
