🐾 Returns & Refund Policy

We’re committed to delivering frozen, high-quality cooked food for your pet. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have specific guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers and pets. Please review our policy below:

📦 Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll gladly offer a refund if:

  • The product was shipped in error
  • The packaging was compromised
  • The food arrived spoiled

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A description of the issue

🚫 Returns on Perishable Products

Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns once items have been delivered. This helps us ensure product safety for all pets.

❄️ Shipping & Handling Notes

All food orders are shipped frozen with insulated packaging.


Orders must be unpacked and stored in a freezer or fridge immediately upon delivery

We are not responsible for orders left outside beyond the delivery day
